<논리적으로 생각해야>라는 제목으로 제 글에 응답 해주신 분께 보다 알기 쉽게 지난 번 대답보다 논리적으로 설명을 해드리겠아오니, 이제 어떤 생각에 이르시게 되는지 게시판을 즐겨 찾는 많은 독자들을 위해서 도의적 책임으로 재 응답해주시기 바랍니다. 님께서 알고 적용한다고 하시는 <국민생활체육전국테니스연합회 경기 규정> 을 다시 한 번 함께 원문을 살펴 논해봅시다. 제23조 : 리그전중 동률일 경우는 1. 2팀이 동률일 경우 승자 승 2. 3팀이 동률일 경우 동률팀간의 게임 득실 차가 높은 팀 3. 게임 득실 차가 같을 경우 선수 합산 연령이 많은 팀 4. 합산 나이가 같을 경우 추첨으로 처리 * 게임 도중 기권 팀은 전패처리한다.
님의 논리에 대한 첫번째 오류는 아래와 같이 설명됩니다.
위 규정 명문 1항 '2팀이 동률일 경우 승자 승'이란 말에 그 어떤 제한적 적용을 하라는 말이 표현되어 있습니까? 예를 들면 승률이 같을 경우에 적용한다고 표현되어 있다면 당연히 게임 득실 적용에 의한 2팀간의 동률일 경우 다시 승자 승 원칙을 적용하면 안되는 것이 당연하므로, 님의 주장한 답변 논리가 백번옳습니다. 하지만 님을 포함한 여러 동호인 들은 '승률'과 '동률'이라는 비슷한 단어를 혼동하여 쉽게 큰 착각을 일으키고, 그러한 연유로 논리적 판단에 오류를 범하지 않았나 생각이 됩니다. 아니 이것은 인정하기에 많이 불편한 진실이며. 주위의 생생한 실상이기도 합죠.....
두번째 오류는 다음과 같습니다.
3팀간 동 승률 결과에 이루어진 1세트 경기 결과의 3팀 상호 간의 게임 득실을 적용하여 우열을 가리는 룰에 동의하였다는 것은 그 결과에 의미를 정당하게 부여하고 승복한다는 행동으로 보아야 옳지 않습니까? 어떻게 방금 전에 동의하여 적용하였던 3팀 당사자 간의 게임 득실 결과의 숫자가 별 의미가 없는 결과라고 달리 해석하고서 나이라는 잣대를 적용해야 한다고 함은 매우 논리적이지 못함을 깨닫지 못하시나요?......
세번째 오류는 어떤 선행 항에서 해결되지 않을 경우에만 그 다음의 잣대가 적용됨이 일반 상식인 데 반하여 3팀의 이해관계가 2팀 간의 문제로 귀결되었음에도 불구하고, 무리하게 그 다음의 잣대를 들이대는 우를 범하고 있습니다. 알기쉬운 예를 들면, 1팀에서 3복으로 출전하는 경기에서 3팀간 승률이 같을 경우에 상호 팀간의 '세트 승패 결과'를 적용하지 않습니까? 이 때에 어느 한 팀이 2:0으로 패하여 논의 밖의 팀이 되었을 경우, 남은 2팀 간의 세트 승패 결과가 같게 되었을 경우에 그 2팀 간에 다시 승패를 주고 받은 세트별 '게임 득실' 을 따져 보아서 해결합니까? 아니면, 2팀간의 승자 승 원칙을 적용합니까?를 생각하여 보면 아주 간단히 오류를 깨달을 수 있지 않을까요?('승자 승 원칙'을 아무도 이의 없이 적용 채택하고 있음이 현실임)
위와 같은 3가지 이유로 님과 같은 분들이 한결같이 주장하는 논리의 억지가 백일 하에 드러나버리지 않았습니까? 실로 많이 부끄럽죠.....그럼에도 그러한 단체의 경기를 진행하는 분들은 조금도 미안해 하지 않음은 또한 무슨 이유일까요? 아마도 큰 단체에서 오는 든든한 뒷 배경을 믿어서, 그러한 행동이 자신의 잘못으로 인식되지 않기 때문일 것입니다. 맞습니다. 위에서 지시하고, 가르켜 주어 왔기에, 단지 따라하여 진행하였을 뿐이죠..... 그런고로 본인은 그 분들께 조금도 원망하지 않습니다. 이해가 되기에... 하지만, 지금에서라도 반성을 함께하여, 옳고 그름을 가려보고, 앞으로는 어떻게 23조 동률처리 규정을 바르게 적용할 것인가에 대한 뼈아픈 대책수립 방안 모색에 마음 비우고 머리를 맞대어 논의함이 수십만 테니스 동호인을 위한 최소한의 도리이고, 님께서 바라는 논리적임에의 정답일 것으로 생각됩니다.......
이러한 논란과 지적에도 불구하고, 동호인 테니스 단체가 적절히 시대에 적응할 기회를 놓쳐버린다면, 훗날 더 큰 지탄과 조롱을 받을 것으로 전망되어 심히 우려됩니다. (동률처리 23조 규정은 반듯하게 좋았음에도 불구하고, 대회를 처음 진행하셨던 어느 윗분들이 상기 규정을 해석하여 적용함에 국어, 수학 실력이 중졸 수준 밖에 안 되었고, 그 후 2009년도에 개정 심의를 위임받고서 봉사하신 분들의 문제해결 의식수준과 실력도 대학을 나오신 분들이 맞는지 의심된다고....... ^*^) 하긴 그 분들에게 이 모든 현상의 결과를 책임지울 수은 없음 또한 명백한 진실입니다. 이제껏 온 갖 시합에 참여한 모든 동호인들의 어리석음의 책임 역시 분명히 집고 넘어가야 할 것이기도 하구요.....그 얼마나 많은 지성인 들이 테니스 운동을 즐기고 있음에 그것 하나 바로 세워놓지 못했나요?
